I trained extensively in sound healing, reiki, and wholistic esthetics, weaving together modalities that honour the whole person- body, mind and the parts of us that don't easily have names.  Soul to Sole Sound Spa is a space I wish had existed when I needed it most.

My path to this work wasn't linear, it began with a season of deep reset, rest and  cellular renewal.
